What embroidery options are available?
You can personalize your item with custom text, add preset icons, or upload your own logo. All available options will be shown in the embroidery tool on the product page.
Can I add both text and icons to my embroidery?
Yes, depending on the item, you may be able to combine custom text with icons or logos. The available combinations will be shown in the embroidery interface.
Can I upload my own logo for embroidery?
Yes, you can upload a custom logo. Make sure your file meets the upload requirements shown in the tool to ensure the best embroidery results.
Already have a digitized logo?

Can I choose different fonts and thread colors?
Yes, you can select from the fonts and thread colors shown in the embroidery interface. Only the options displayed there are currently available.
Are there limits on text or design size?
Yes, limits are in place to ensure your embroidery looks clean and properly scaled. Maximum of 3 lines or 2 lines with one logo/icon.
Where will my embroidery be placed?
You can select embroidery placement within the embroidery interface with the toggle at the top.
Can I preview my embroidery before placing an order?
Yes—you can review your text, icons, logos, and selections in the embroidery tool before adding to cart. Please note: the preview is for placement only and is not shown to scale.
Can I combine regular items with embroidered items in the same order?
We recommend placing separate orders. Orders with embroidery will ship only once all embroidered items are complete, which may delay non-embroidered items. Because embroidery is custom, payment for the full order is captured at checkout, and any order containing embroidery is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Are embroidered items non-returnable?
Yes, all embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are customized specifically for you.
What items can I get embroidered at Wink Scrubs?
At the moment, embroidery is available on the W123 collection of tops and jackets. We plan to expand embroidery options to include other Wink Scrubs collections in the future.
