How does text embroidery work?
Enter your text directly in the embroidery tool on the product page (up to 3 lines, 24 characters per line). Then choose your font, thread color, and placement. Text is case sensitive and embroidered exactly as entered—be sure to double-check spelling and capitalization before adding to cart.

How does icon embroidery work?
You can select from the available icons within the embroidery interface. Once selected, you have the option to adjust placement.

How does custom logo embroidery work?
You can have your own logo or custom design embroidered on your item. Here’s how the process works:

• Upload your design – Logos must be original artwork, not photos of existing logos. Accepted file formats include PNG, JPG or SVG. 

If you already have a logo digitized, you can email it to us before placing your order. The file must be a DMB file. Once added to your account, you’ll be able to select that logo in the embroidery tool.

• Digitization Fee  – A one-time digitization fee of $55 will be applied to your first order for new logos.
• Approval process – You’ll receive the digital proof via email. Review it carefully and reply with approval. Any delay in approving will lead to increased wait time for your order to ship.

Important Notes:

●     Only one digital proof will be provided per customer.

●     All embroidered items, including logo-customized products, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
