I never got a confirmation email, how do I know if you received my order?

There are a couple ways to check on this:

Check your spam and/or junk folder(s). Order confirmations will come from "Wink Scrubs"

[email protected]. If the confirmation was delivered to your spam or junk folders, add the Wink Scrubs domain to your safe senders list.

Check your Order History in your account to see if the order is listed. If the order is listed in your order history but you didn't find the order confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can check your email address on file and update if necessary.
