Can I ship 2 different returns in one box?

Because we process your refund based on the return label created for a specific order, if you place items from two different returns in one box, you will not be credited properly. Please ensure that all returns are sent separately.

Each return shipping label is uniquely encoded and associated with a particular order. If you send two or more returns in one box, only the transaction that is associated with the label on the box will be processed. If there is more than one label on the box, only one label will be scanned.

If you ship two or more returns in a single box, one of the returns will not be processed and you will not receive a credit for that item.
